I have worked in the fine dining industry for over a decade and have worked in every area within some of the finest restaurants in America and not just in the kitchen. I have held the title Maitre D, and also am a Certified Sommelier.
Two years ago I began creating a book to bring the world of Gourmet cooking into everyone's kitchen no matter what the knowledge of cooking or budget to work with. Along the way I had an idea that would change the cookbook scene forever.
What if the book were living? What if it Never Ended? Right then and there the Never Ending Cookbook was born.
The idea is simple, teach the basic principles, formulas and guiding factors of Gourmet cooking to everyone. And then continue to build upon that knowledge month after month to several times a year. Along the way teaching new cooking styles from around the world, in addition to adding new tips and techniques to continue to make you a better chef and master of your domain.
"My goal is to teach you how to cook properly and hold your hand through every recipe I deliver you. I truly believe that anyone (Regardless Of Experience) can prepare any recipe as long as it is explained in detail and written in a language that is easily understood, but most importantly as long as you have Love, passion, and a willingness to Experiment.
